They automatically add 20% for parties over 6 and thats completely understandable. What isn’t understandable is leaving a $100 tip when the service was awful. The guacamole appetizer arrived after we had received all our food, and to our surprise without the chips. Took us a good 10 minutes to chase someone down for them to bring us some. We never got asked if we wanted more drinks, and we ended up going to the bar to get more. Our waters were never refilled. The customer service was completely absent. I I understand that we were a huge group but we made a reservation ahead of time and management didn’t prepare and that’s not the guests fault. The manager seemed to be caught off guard when I told him we weren’t okay with the amount of tip we had to leave behind, and the server was very condescending after the whole ordinal, very unprofessional. The sever made comments about the whole situation, like he was trying to make us feel guilty for our decision to change the tip amount. The food was okay the enchiladas were alright and the tortilla soap was very thick, that was not soup rather a chowder.

We had exceptional service, first and foremost. Our server took such incredible care of us and truly enhanced the experience. The food and drinks were the best we’ve had in Sedona and we would be more than happy to return. 10/10.

Never have I went to a restaurant and had such poor service then because of my party size [10] been forced to tip over 20%. If we weren’t constantly asking for refills on drinks we were being told that because we had 10 people in our party the food may or may not come out correctly. This was word for word what we were told. I couldn’t believe it. Simple request such as no lettuce or sauce on the side we were told was to much to ask. Spending over $400 on a dinner I expected to get the food we ordered prepared as requested we weren’t being picky just simple every day request were to much to accommodate because their staff didn’t speak good English. Yes that’s exactly what our server told us was the reason our food came out wrong. We were shocked to hear this as the explanation. Needless to say a horrible experience for my daughters 21st birthday.

Food, service and environment was great! Not traditional Mexican food, so if that is what you are looking for, this is not it. I would recommend to give it a try!

Brought a large group of 13 for a birthday dinner. They were very friendly and provided quick service. The appetizers and entrees were both tasty, and the drink menu has a good variety of mixed drinks, wines and beers.
