Reservations for the Winter 2025 semester are available up to 30 days in advance.

We look forward to providing our guests a refined dining experience in an upscale casual atmosphere, proudly served by our Schoolcraft College Culinary Arts students.

Our American Harvest a la carte Lunch menu changes daily, offering freshly baked breads, gourmet soups, delicious salads, creative entrees, and an extensive selection of tempting desserts. Prices typically hover around $25-$30 per person.

Our American Harvest International Dinner Buffet menu changes weekly, at $38.95 per adult, and $20 per child (12 & under).

The Hub at 27900 Grand River, at the Beaumont/Botsford/Corewell Hospital Cancer Treatment Center, and also at **2. The Hub at 13050 Middlebelt, near I-96 & Middlebelt, at Millennium Park Mall, behind Costco. YOU MUST CALL LCT BY 12 NOON THE DAY PRIOR, to make a reservation, at (734) 466-2700. SMART and D-DOT passengers can be picked up at either Hub, at 6 AM, 7 AM, and 8 AM for transportation to Schoolcraft College, North Parking Lot/ Vistatech Center. Return passengers from Schoolcraft College North Parking Lot/ Vistatech Center can be picked up at 4 PM, 5 PM, and 6 PM, for transport back to their Hub. **Reminder: You must call LCT BY 12 noon the day prior, at (734) 466-2700 to make a reservation for this service.

Schoolcraft College Culinary students look forward to serving you a refined dining excellence experience in our upscale casual atmosphere! The American Harvest offers an à la carte menu which changes daily, offering freshly baked breads, gourmet soups, delicious salads, creative entrees, vegan options and beautiful desserts. Reservations will be available on most Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, at 11:45am and 12 noon. Prices hover near $25-30/person. **Reservations of 1-5 guests can be made up to 1 month in advance, at OpenTable.com/ American Harvest. For parties of 6 or more, please call our Maître d' at (734) 462-4488. We look forward to celebrating with you soon!
International Dinner Buffet
Enjoy an American Harvest International Dinner Buffets in our newly renovated upscale casual atmosphere! Reservations are available on select Wednesday and Thursday evenings, with guest seatings at 5:30pm, 5:45pm, and 6:00pm. The Dining Room closes around 8:15pm. The menu was very nice. All the usual choices - fish, meat, chicken, vegetarian. My choice was black cod. It had Asian flavors and the dish was well balanced in regards of taste. The only miss was a bit too small of a portion. Nice presentation.

Overlook that the dining area has little ambience as it’s more like an updated cafeteria with individual tables. Everything is clean and spacious. We liked that the tables were far enough apart that we could not hear the conversation at the other tables. We were able to hear each other and have a regular conversation. The food: the bread basket had a great variety of breads that were very good. The multigrain had golden raisins which was a nice surprise. The challah was tender and baked well. There were two butters: a plain whipped butter and an excellent garlic herb butter. The beef barely soup was thick and rich with tender beef and vegetables. The smoked salmon BLT was excellent, even thought the fillings were stuffed between two smaller pieces of bread. The potato chips were hot and seasoned well. There were a few that weren’t crispy, but most were. For dessert we tried the apple pie with ice cream and the trio of cheesecakes. Both desserts were a good value for the size and were delicious. Our server was attentive and personable. My husband and I dined for lunch but will be back for dinner.

At American Harvest Restaurant, Paul our server was awesome. He was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. His service and the great food made for a wonderful lunch.

Took my cousins to American Harvest for the first time because it is one of my favorite restaurants. Everything was delicious. The service was incredible. They liked it so much, we booked dinner in March.

The international buffet was first-class featuring Middle Eastern cuisine. Every dish was special, flavorful and beautifully presented. The level of professional skills in creating the complex foods was first rate. The four of us who dined were very impressed and appreciated the time and effort it took to make each item exceptional. We look forward to dining at the American Harvest Restaurant again soon. A special thank you to the students, chefs, wait staff, and hospitality staff for their outstanding service.

The food was amazing? The students dud a professional and lovely job! The only downside was trying to get a reservation thru open table. We plan to return very soon!
