Amoura Restaurant está ubicado en el corazón de South San Francisco y ofrece comida mediterránea moderna a Bay Area desde su inauguración en el 2015. La familia Shihadeh (propietarios de School House Grocery, Deli Up Café y los Amoura Café en San Francisco y Westfield Mall) se asociaron al consultor culinario David Wilcox para crear un menú de favoritos clásicos así como platillos únicos que reflejaran el espíritu y el sabor del Mediterráneo. La cocina está ahora bajo el mando de Josh Dixon, un talento culinario, y el equipo se convierte cada vez más en un integrante poderoso en Bay Area. Went for Valentine’s Day and wow such a great experience. The 5 course prefixed menu was on point. I’ll definitely be back to try their regular menu.

What an amazing Valentine’s Day experience. The food was absolutely amazing. 5’s across the entire board. Presentation, taste, ambient, wine taste, all of it was amazing and I can’t wait to come back.

This is simply the best Mediterranean restaurant in the Bay Area. Everything is made fresh. The hummus is the best I've ever had--made in house. The have a full bar if you want to drink with your meal. Their kebabs are all excellent. You get a nice Mediterranean salad and saffron rice with two kebabs, all reasonably priced. The spinach and prawn salad is excellent, as is the Cesar. The flat breads are delicious, as is the beef and lamb burger. Try it out!

This was our first time trying out this spot. Unfortunately, it wasn’t what I expected. The pomegranate sparkling drink was lacking flavor, it had mostly all ice and club soda. My lamb shank was served cold, when I expected to be hot. Only the bottom of the lamb shank was warm. Sorry, but we will not be returning.

Food is really good. Service is outstanding. My only complaint is the music level, a bit too high for my taste.

We went early to take advantage of Happy Hour and sat in the lounge area. It's fairly quiet as most of their business is around lunch. It's certainly the best appointed restaurant in South San Francisco that we've been to. The food and service were good and it's nice to get something a bit different - Palestinian.
