El Apulia proporciona una experiencia culinaria del sur de Italia. Tenemos como objetivo que nuestros clientes sientan una sensación inolvidable al probar nuestros platos y transportarlos así a las regiones de Puglia. Si nunca ha estado allí, nosotros le llevaremos. Nuestro establecimiento principal se encuentra en Bari y cuenta con años de experiencia culinaria de calidad que ahora traemos a Londres.Los ingredientes básicos que utilizamos en la elaboración de nuestros platos provienen directamente de productores y granjeros locales de la región de Puglia.Además, utilizamos muy poca levadura en las masas de nuestras pizzas y panes caseros y dejamos que la masa repose un mínimo de 72 horas.Nosotros, Sassa & Sons, elaboramos nuestros platos italianos sin alterar ni un ápice las recetas de nuestra abuela.

                                                                                                    We have been to this restaurant before and have never been disappointed, the food and the staff are great. It can be a bit noisy when it is full but that’s the nature of being popular close to the Barbican and I’m sure we added to that. Happy to highly recommend

                                                                                                    Really delicious Italian food with great service. The only thing that was negative was the price of the wines which was so expensive, we decided not to have any with our meal.

                                                                                                    There was a 2 course set menu or a la carte. On the set menu menu I had pasta with tuna and black olives which had an appealing flavour. Food reasonably priced, fast service. Wine list was relatively expensive but there was plenty to try. Overall a good buzz about the place which made quiet conversation my friend a little difficult.
