Never been there before but went based on great reviews online. Everyone raved about the ambiance and food so I thought it would be perfect for my mother's 80th birthday celebration. It was a Saturday night at 7pm and we were the only ones there which was strange. Obviously the service was good because it was just us to attend to. The food itself was average, nothing spectacular. Not convinced the pasta is homemade. We were enjoying our time together but the waiter stood over us and made it so obvious that they wanted us to leave so they could close up. lt was an hour before closing time. Would not go back.

We had a wonderful meal with friends. A very large group came in and were very loud (obviously not the restaurants fault) which made it difficult to hear ourselves. Overall the food and service were wonderful.

First time here. Menu offered a nice selection of appetizers, salads and entrees, plus several specials. We enjoyed veal saltimbocca with mashed potatoes and string beans and the short rib special served with brussel sprouts and carrots. Both were very good, although a bit salty. The bread basket was mediocre. Servers were attentive. When we notified that our request to substitute broccoli rabe for the brussels and carrots was not provided, we were promptly given it as a side dish. We did not feel rushed and were able to stay until we finished our bottle of wine. We enjoyed the atmosphere.

Lovely location on the water, parking is great if you know where to look, the ambiance is wonderful and the food was excellent. There were six of us dining and we each enjoyed our meals, beverages and shared desserts. I definitely would recommend.

Definitely a wonderful place for reconnecting with family! The service was outstanding and our server was perfect with a wonderful personality. The food was good and arrived hot and timely. We were seated outdoors and we certainly enjoyed a beautiful day! Definitely plan on dining here again!

Please DO NOT GO HERE! I have never experienced anything like it before. Party of 6 arrive at 7pm for a family special event to an empty restaurant(should have been the first clue). Order a round of drinks and 4 appetizers. The food comes out quickly. The scallops were raw, the calamari was burnt, the gnocchi were disgusting mush and the octopus salad was drenched in Italian salad dressing. The food was unsafe to eat. Called the manager over to the table and showed him the raw scallops and he said that’s how we prepare it. I then stated the gnocchi was total mush. WE DID NOT EAT ANY OF THE FOOD IT WAS THAT BAD (raw scallops). He offered to remake the order but I said no thank you and asked for the bill. The bill comes and he charged for all the food we were not able to eat. I walk over to the manager and again explained to him all the problems for a second time and politely asked for him to remove the food items off the bill. He replied I will take the scallops off the bill. Not wanting to cause a scene because two other tables had become occupied at this point….. I explained to the manager I am not paying for food we were not able to eat and to charge me for the 4 drinks that we didn’t even get to drink. The manager agreed and apologized for the food and stated they have a new chef. Honestly, I regret even paying for the drinks we didn’t get to drink. I DO NOT suggest anyone go to this place what a terrible experience. It amazes me that a restaurant with that location and in that area on the water would be SO BAD. This place has to be on the verge of closing down but are trying to make the best out of the remaining period of nice weather with the outdoor seating area. Never had to leave a restaurant before because the food was so bad and then having to deal with a manager that tried to defend it. My other regret is we didn’t take pictures of it all. At least it was early enough we made it to another place which was fantastic! OMG still shaking my head over this!

For the price the food was below average. The waiters elementary age son was loud and throwing things, mostly unattended while we tried to have a high end meal. Beautiful location with loud party music playing to enjoy a high end meal. Won't be going back anytime soon.
