Austin's Ale House is a Bar and Restaurant in the Kew Gardens area of Queens, New York. It has an expansive dining area with a large mahogany bar, a comfortable lounge with a fireplace and a casual dining room. An outdoor patio is available in the warmer months. The bar features multiple HD televisions along the walls, so guests can watch any popular sports games while enjoying a drink and a meal.

The menu at Austin's Ale House is full of delicious American cuisine, ranging from sliders and sandwiches to seafood and specialty salads. Popular options include the Shepherd's Pie, Austin's Chicken Sandwich and the Short Rib Sliders. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are offered on the lunch, dinner and patio menus. This place used to be our go-to restaurant for all occasions when we lived at Hampton CT in Kew Gardens. Their weekly prime rib special was a must and always good fun at the bar. I decided to have a group brunch with friends to celebrate Christmas as it was more centrally located for everyone. Having been away for nearly 7 years, it was like seeing an old friend again. Food is always prepared thoughtfully and the staff is awesome. Not surprising to learn that John, the general manager is still there. Thanks Austin Ale House for another great memory.

This is one of my go to spots. The food, drinks, and service is always on point. The dining room is much quieter than the bar area. Parking can be a pain but it’s a great place to eat.

We enjoyed the skirt steak with the price fixed meal. Disappointed that there was no crabcake, which was listed on the menu and no apple tart for dessert, which was listed on the menu. Sweet potato fries were very tasty. The apple pie was very dry. Chocolate cake was good.

We eat here often and it’s always great. I always make a reservation on Open Table. I never have to wait for a table. The service is great even on busy nights. The food is always on point. The drinks are amazing. The price is right. Great food! Great service.

I feel like every time I eat here I have to update my review. I made a reservation on Open Table. We arrived and sat down at a wonderful table by the window. The hostess came over and handed us menus and made sure to check me in on Open Table. Our waiter came over and took our drink orders. I order the spicy margarita and it was wonderful. Not too sweet, made with fresh ingredients, with spicy salt rim. We order a burger with fries, Austin's fettuccine, and a quesadilla with a side of onion rings. The fettuccine was perfect cooked noodles in a light cream sauce with sun dried tomatoes and spinach. I enjoyed it because it was not too heavy and I chased the pasta with a roll. I enjoyed my second margarita. The burger was reported to be cooked perfectly and the quesadillas were fresh and amazing. The onion rings were delicious as reported. The price was right and the place was clean. We really enjoy eating here.
