Horrible experiencia las chicas que reciben con cara de pocos amigos y sin ganas de trabajar. Había hecho reservación en el restaurante y como estaba tan lleno pedí espacio en el sushi bar. El servicio pésimo tuve que pedir que por favor me atendieran las meseras con mala cara hasta tuve que levantarme por servilletas porque nadie me atendía. De las perores experiencias que he tenido en un restaurante.

Incluso que teníamos reservación. Tuvimos que esperar 1 hora para que nos dieran la mesa

Teníamos mesa reservada a las 19:30 y cenamos a las 22:00. Después de avisarles telefónicamente de que llegaríamos de 15 a 20 minutos tarde nos quisieron hacer pagar el retraso demorando nuestro servicio. Para colmo, después de sentarnos, la cena fue un desastre. Las verduras a la plancha llegaron cuando ya nos habíamos comido la carne. Vamos, todo un día para olvidar y seguramente para no volver.

Our waiter was very rude and unwelcoming. The music was extremely loud! You could barely hold a conversation with the person next to you. Our chef was very nice and pleasant and the hostess was nice. I really love Benihana because of their food, but the service is lackluster and it is very disappointing.

HORRIBLE experience! Unprofessional manager Taking online reservations KNOWING all tables don't work and you do not have enough staff. There was no acknowledgement from management until we were walking out. Do NOT waste your time!

Food started being cooked at 1022 p.m. for a 7:45 reservation. Soup came at 10pm, there was no salad provided because they were suddenly out of lettuce. When he finally was sent to cook for us, the table had not been turned on so he had to wait longer for it to heat up. They only offered onions for the hibachi vegetables because they had no more mushrooms nor zucchini. That info was only provided once the cooking began. The ent hood at our table wasn't working. The chef had to turn on the vent hood behind him. One manager/hostess, a female, offered us a 30% discount. Once the server brought our receipts, it included a drink that we never received because they didn't have the ingredients and initially it included no discount. A male manager came back out afterwards and said he issued us a discount... it was only 10%. Our entire table mentioned that was unacceptable, he said I'll offer an extended discount. When asked how much that would be, he said 25%. We told him another manager previously offered 30%, then he finally acquiesced and issued the 30% only after stating that he wasn't going to be able to pay our meals for us. That was very demeaning. We all came to that table prepared to pay for our own meals. We did not come for a meal that was done 3 hours after reservation, lacking key ingredients, and very poor service. However that is what we received.

I made a reservation for 3:45pm and arrived at 3:20 just to be told that Benihana Atlanta Buckhead was short staffed servers and my party of 10 would be seated later than 4:00pm. My party of 10 was not seated until 4:25pm and I do not recommend this restaurant location, 1/10 rating!

Upon our arrival the parking was very full, we were instructed to park across the street at The Fresh Market. Once we got instead the older black man at the front desk was very rude and nasty towards my friend and I, he told us to leave and “stop playing with him” because we didn’t have a reservation. I’ve been here over 20 times and not once did I have a reservation. Once we spoke to some one else they allowed us to stay, we got there at 8:30pm, didn’t get seated until 11:30pm, didn’t get a cook until 12:45am and didn’t leave until 1:12am. The cook didn’t even finish cooking at that point we decided to leave, all the staff were extremely rude and distasteful.
