    Horrible experiencia las chicas que reciben con cara de pocos amigos y sin ganas de trabajar. Había hecho reservación en el restaurante y como estaba tan lleno pedí espacio en el sushi bar. El servicio pésimo tuve que pedir que por favor me atendieran las meseras con mala cara hasta tuve que levantarme por servilletas porque nadie me atendía. De las perores experiencias que he tenido en un restaurante.

    Exelente servicio, solo la espera para mi reservación fue de una hora, pero valió la pena, la comida exelente, el servicio muy bien

    Incluso que teníamos reservación. Tuvimos que esperar 1 hora para que nos dieran la mesa

    Teníamos mesa reservada a las 19:30 y cenamos a las 22:00. Después de avisarles telefónicamente de que llegaríamos de 15 a 20 minutos tarde nos quisieron hacer pagar el retraso demorando nuestro servicio. Para colmo, después de sentarnos, la cena fue un desastre. Las verduras a la plancha llegaron cuando ya nos habíamos comido la carne. Vamos, todo un día para olvidar y seguramente para no volver.

    Literally the worst hibachi experience I’ve ever had. My family and I had a reservation for 8:45p. We arrived at 8:30 and was constantly told we were next in line on to sit down an hour later. Don’t make a reservation because there’s no point, you’ll be waiting the same amount of time as a party adding themselves on the waitlist. Additionally, while we were waiting nobody checked in with us or gave us updates, we didn’t get any update until we saw a party of 25 go by and decided to ask what was going on. Granted, I’ve worked in food so I know it can get rough, but there are small things you can do to enhance a guest experience. Once we sat down we waited another 20-30 minutes just for drinks. Our server(Sarah) was super sweet though. Our chef on the other hand, seemed flustered and didn’t do any of the tricks you go to Benihana for. He didn’t light the table on fire, no volcano, or choo choo train, no egg tricks, just nothing. Now, that’s not to say the man is there for our entertainment, but the whole point is technically dinner and a show. Not to mention he got some of our orders wrong as well. I have a shellfish allergy and he almost put shrimp on my plate. So you can imagine our frustration waiting for an hour, then getting an amateur chef. Again, we had an 8:45 reservation and got there at 8:30, we left at 11:45p. Who stays in a restaurant that long?The Benihana on peachtree doesn’t have to worry about me ever again.

    My reservation was for 8 didn’t get seated until 850. Didn’t receive our food until 10pm. Left out of the restaurant and my car was broken into. There were a total of 6 cars broken into including mine. Police was called around 1050pm but didn’t arrive until 1 am. Items were stolen from my car. The security guard on the inside of the restaurant was nice enough to assist with cleaning the glass up. Apparently this is an ongoing issue and there should be security patrolling the parking lot. Parking is horrible.

    We were seated on time with reservations, but waited 15 minutes for drinks and 30 minutes for soup/salad. Our appetizer came out after that while chef had started cooking. The server was really my only issue. She brought me the wrong drink as well. However, Our chef and food was amazing which is why we still love this place. Chicken and shrimp were better than the steak for the price.

    Restaurant was gross and nasty and dirty . Bathrooms nasty no TP no paper towels. Food on the floor. For a $900 meal it should have been top notch . Manager was worried about food on the floor but didn't seem to be bothered with no sign on the ladies bathroom door nor how gross the bathrooms were .Cook was fabulous.

    The cocktails tasted like dish soap and the fried rice was way too peppery, but at least they tasted like something. The food was straight-up bad: flavorless and dry. The chicken was so dry and unseasoned, and there wasnt even any sauces to drown it in. We were very clear that one of our diners was vegetarian, yet the chef still put shrimp on her plate. The server ended up comping her meal, but it was the cherry on top of the overall terrible experience. I put on our reservation that we were celebrating but was never asked what we were celebrating or if it was brought up at all.
