   Horrible experiencia las chicas que reciben con cara de pocos amigos y sin ganas de trabajar. Había hecho reservación en el restaurante y como estaba tan lleno pedí espacio en el sushi bar. El servicio pésimo tuve que pedir que por favor me atendieran las meseras con mala cara hasta tuve que levantarme por servilletas porque nadie me atendía. De las perores experiencias que he tenido en un restaurante.

   Exelente servicio, solo la espera para mi reservación fue de una hora, pero valió la pena, la comida exelente, el servicio muy bien

   Incluso que teníamos reservación. Tuvimos que esperar 1 hora para que nos dieran la mesa

   Teníamos mesa reservada a las 19:30 y cenamos a las 22:00. Después de avisarles telefónicamente de que llegaríamos de 15 a 20 minutos tarde nos quisieron hacer pagar el retraso demorando nuestro servicio. Para colmo, después de sentarnos, la cena fue un desastre. Las verduras a la plancha llegaron cuando ya nos habíamos comido la carne. Vamos, todo un día para olvidar y seguramente para no volver.

   Very disappointed. Had a reservation for 4 at 8:00 and didn’t get sat till 9:00. The host was very rude and had a terrible attitude. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there. We selected the outdoor/patio option on our reservation but instead we were sat inside. Not sure if they have an outdoor seating area because we did not see one but if that is the case it should not be an option when making a reservation. Once we sat down the service and food was good but a bit slow considering it wasn’t very busy. Normally you get soup and salad before your chef comes to the table but in our case our salads and soups arrived after our chef had already started. Finally my boyfriend has a severe shellfish allergy which we made known from the beginning to our server and the chef and still the shrimp appetizer was still almost placed on his plate and would’ve been if we hadn’t of yelled stop. Do not recommend eating at this location and we will not be back.

   Well, I’m not even sure what to rate — the food or even a simple cup of water at this location. I arrived 5 minutes before my reservation and waited 40 minutes before being seated, which admittedly went by quickly because I was having a great conversation with friends. But once we were finally seated, it took another 25 minutes with no drinks served. We eventually got up and left, and not a single person bothered to ask why we were upset. Unfortunately, we weren’t the only ones frustrated. Other guests were genuinely livid with the staff and service. This was far from the typical Benihana experience.

   I love Beni Hana but our experience was bad. The service was terrible. We waited at the table for 45 minutes before the server brought us water and the soup and salad. The radio was so loud he could not hear our order and we eventually asked the front to turn the music down. The chef overcooked everything. The salmon was overdone, the chicken was dry, the shrimp appetizer was at the end and overcooked. Our kids weren’t given their salads and soaking with the adults and the server wasn’t around to tell for at least 10 minutes. Water glasses were empty for 15 minutes and the server wasn’t around no where to be found. There were several workers just standing at the wall watching the room but no one came to help when we were looking for our server. The sun was glaring in our eyes even with the shade pulled and when we asked if something could be done the answer was a head shake no and then a walk off. It was the worst experience I have had at Beni Hana and I have been going there for 30 years. I hope they see this review and overhaul the Buckhead location.

    First time at Benihana. Food was average. Drinks were good and not watered down. Establishment not the cleanest. Overall good time though.
