    Fui a celebrar mi cumpleaños como de costumbre, Y noté que las meseras a cada mesa cantaban el feliz cumpleaños, pero en mi mesa no pasó nunca! No hicieron nada!! el servicio de la comida muy bueno. Noté mucha indiferencia no quisiera tomarlo personal pero cada que Yo voy NUNCA!!! se acercan a cantar, ni foto de recuerdo absolutamente nada!! A toda la demás gente si les cantan pero a mí jamás se acercan!! No me gusta decir esta palabra pero siento que son Racistas en ese aspecto. Yo soy un ser humano y entonces ese tipo de acciones te hace sentir menos como persona. De la comida simplemente es Deliciosa y eso es lo único que me hace volver a ese restaurante ya que Yo misma baje mis expectativas en el trato que Yo supongo deberían de dar, pues el restaurante no es para nada barato y creo que deberían enfocarse en dejar a los comensales satisfechos.

    The food is always great at Benihana! It’s also normally loud at Benihana. The noise is not abnormal for hibachi, so I guess it’s normal noise for the restaurant type. Our server completely messed up the orders at the table. This was frustrating for us and the chef who was left with upset customers. The wait time was approximately 30 minutes with a reservation to be seated. From seating until eating was probably 45-60 min. Although the food is good and the chefs are quality, I will probably not be back for awhile.

    We had a 7:30 reservation. We weren’t seated till 8:30 then we weren’t done eating till 11. At the bar while we waited it took no less than 40 minutes to get one drink. The food was great but clearly they don’t have enough people working and cooking.

    Made a reservation and still took us half an hour to be seated and over an hour to get our appetizers. We were a party of 5 and I think, the restaurant was waiting to fill the remaining 4 chairs- which never happened. Not sure what was going on with the HVAC system. It was freezing cold throughout the entire meal. The restaurant had industrial heaters and fans going but it didn’t help. We wore our coats through the whole meal and noticed other diners were doing the same. One guy even had his hood on the same time. Our server (Marcus) was awesome and tried to help but he had no control over these operational issues. Lastly, even with the fans, our clothes stunk horribly the next day.

    Chef "Dan" was Awesome. He cracked jokes along with everyone at the table. It was a pleasurable experience. The food was DELICIOUS. IT WAS ON POINT. We will be going back soon. Thank you, Dan.

    Possibly an off night but we waited a full 90 minutes after being seated for our chef to arrive. We had a 5 o’clock reservation and also waited to be seated. The food was ok but my son found a hair in his meal which killed his appetite and honestly by then I was just ready to go home. We were not offered anything for the excessive wait, not even a drink, which I found disappointing. For the price of this meal, definitely not a great experience.

    Our reservation was for 7pm, we weren’t sat for well over an hour despite despite checking and informing them three times of our update party size. We also had to ask multiple times for dishes that were part of our order. I was so disappointed but thankfully had good company and still had a great time, even if everything was SEVERELY delayed

    We made reservations for the lounge. We were told by hostess to go on into the lounge . All the tables were taken by people waiting for a Hibachi table . We ended up leaving after about 10 minutes . A little disappointed that we were able to make a reservation and there not be a table available. Why can I book a table in lounge if tables are saved for that purpose and instead used as a waiting room ?
