El Benihana le da la bienvenida y ofrece una experiencia gastronómica única.     Para empezar llegamos a la hora de la reserva y no nos asignaron mesa hasta 45 min después! Cuando llegamos a la mesa la mesera estaba de mal humor, nunca volvía a la mesa a ofrecernos más bebidas! Teníamos q pedir bebidas a el resto del staff que pasaba por allí! Tardamos más de 2 horas para que llegaran a prepáranos la comida!! Había un cumpleañero en la mesa y no nos quisieron hacer el show del happy Birthday ni tomarnos la foto grupal! En total tardamos 4 horas para al fin comer y pagar una cuenta tan cara para tan pésimo servicio en una fecha especial!

    El tiempo de espera fue muy largo a pesar de tener reservación y las hostes la manager y la mesera pésimo servicio después de esperar más de 1 hora para recibir la mesa esperamos 1 hora a que llegara alguien a atendernos y pedir algo de tomar cenamos 3 horas después de mi reservación es ridiculo y ala Maher se le hizo normal todo

    We have a reservation at 5:15 and we got a table until 6pm. Too noise

    We were seated 15 minutes after our reservation, not terrible but not great. Our drink and appetizer orders were taken promptly. We received our drinks relatively quickly. I had to inquire twice about when the appetizer we ordered would come out and when our chef would arrive; two tables seated 15 and 20 minutes after us with larger groups had their chef arrive and we were still waiting. It was 45 minutes before our chef arrived. One of us ordered sake, the menu only listed a 375ml option for it; the server didn't ask any clarifying questions and instead of the 375ml bottle was brought a small glass of sake, maybe 150ml in size. Also, it was a different sake than ordered. This was pointed out, our server was confused but eventually came back with the correct bottle of sake. We were charged for both sake even though one was a mistake. Then a beer was ordered, the one ordered was unavailable so an alternative was selected, the server did not ask which size and just assumed the larger bottle. Then when it was brought out it was just the bottle and no glass to pour it in to as us normal. While eating the fried rice and the chef was now preparing our entrees the appetizer we ordered was finally delivered. This was 90 minutes after we had ordered it. The food was still great, the chef was very friendly. The quality of the service has severely gone down. The appetizer we ordered was purchased with a gift card for a free appetizer due to a similarly bad experience during our last visit where it took us over an hour after ordering for our chef to arrive.
