   Cumpleaños! Ordenamos aperitivos como normalmente lo hacemos! Fue muy poca la cantidad en verdad ! En cuestión de verdura ( camote.. cebolla y champiñones). Fueron 2 órdenes y era la misma cantidad!

   Tengo 20 años de ser cliente de benihana y cada día son más miserables con el arroz y tan barato que es. Antes servían muy bien y ahora te cuentan la miseria de camarones y el pollo. En general bueno pero miserable e incluso los vegetales tempura ahora te ponen zanahoria y no camote.

   Gross environment. Our chef was wonderful and our server was friendly but the restaurant itself is disgusting… garbage and food everywhere all over the floor. Didn’t look like anyone has swept or vacuumed in months. A huge puddle of sitting water near the bar. Ladies restroom had a broken toilet paper dispenser hanging off of the wall and a broken changing table which was unsafe to use to change my 6 month old. There was a dirty towel laying on the floor that several employees just walked right over. Gross in every way.

   I don’t know if y’all need more servers or better training. But Tosha was not it last night. She was short (with her replies), slow with drinks, and slow with soup and salads. Other tables came in way after and got their drinks and soup and salads before us. Our chef seemed hurried.

   Enjoyed the meal! Perfect time to go and enjoy family without the rush. Dining room could use an update, still the same from when I was a child! Very clean though

   Had a reservation and still had to wait 30 mins. When finally seated our server before even getting our drink order asked if we were ready to order after we just got seated. I didn't get my lemon drop until 45 mins after we were seated. After our meat finished cooking the server walked over with boxes as if rushing us and made us box our own food. Horrible experience. Server had a horrible attitude also and you can tell she wasn't all in with paying attention to her guest or even to refill our drinks. We also received plastic silverware and no cloths. Whole night was horrible and I spent almost $300

    Our experience was extremely disappointing during our last visit. Our server was inattentive and slow, forcing us to ask for silverware four times before it was finally brought to the table. Drinks took over 30 minutes to arrive, and even then, a manager had to confirm our order twice. While the food itself was good, the chef never interacted with us—unlike the other chefs who were engaging with their tables. We had to escalate our concerns to two different managers, something I rarely do, but the level of service was so poor that it was necessary. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had.
