    First time here. Was recommended by multiple people. The food was sub par and it was way over priced. The people I went with who have been here multiple times and loved it even said it was not good this time and they don't know why. This was the first time they ever had a bad meal here. Figures that would be my luck. I won't be back.

    Excellent customer service , waitresses and waiters go out of their way to serve customers Christina and Jake go over and above Chefs are amazing Always delicious at Greentree We have gone there once a month since it was the Samurai Our favorite restaurant

    Food and chef were great!! The service was awful though. Kept forgetting drinks, sat there after dinner waiting for sauce containers for about 25 mins until we had to grab waiter and ask for containers. Never received my ice cream that I paid for. Just terrible service

    Normally dinner is a 10 out of 10 here eight upstairs at the bar at a table. The food was all lukewarm and rice was cold. Wind served. We eat here about 3 to 5 times a month so it was a little disappointing.

    The food and service was good but the place was freezing cold and we asked 3 times to please do something about it and nothing. Today is the following day and my girlfriend is sick thats how cold it was where we sat.The other four people ate with there coats on. I also spent $500 for the coupons they offer for black friday and never received them so i had to spend an additional $400 for my dinner. The most uncomfortable dinner i ever ate in cold for $400 dollars.

    Brandon was a fantastic waiter and Emanuel the best chef! The food was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. We had reservations for lunch the Saturday after Thanksgiving and it wasn’t as crowded as we had expected. I’d highly recommend Benihana (especially for lunch when the menu is less expensive, but the quantity still huge)!

    Food was overall delicious. I did not care for the ginger sauce, it was far more sodium than ginger; disappointing Everything else was delicious❤️

    Went for Thanksgiving. It was fun to watch the food production. The food was delicious and service was excellent.
