El Benihana le da la bienvenida con una experiencia culinaria sin par.     Made a reservation at 6:30pm, was sat but didn’t even get drinks until closer to 7:30pm. My husband didn’t get his beer (in a can) until our teppanyaki chef came to cook (that came with a dirty glass that was never replaced, so he just drank it straight from the can). The restaurant itself was not clean; wrappers, food, left behind kid toys all on the floor… The women’s bathroom was a whole different unpleasant experience. This was my first and only time going to Benihana unfortunately. The food was average, but nothing to brag about. Portion size was the only impressive thing about this entire experience.

    The bar was full so we were seated at a booth, the waitress was very helpful and attentive, our experience was great

    Food was good, and hats off to the chef and waitress. However, the experience wasn’t the best due to those we were seated with. They gave the staff so much trouble and it really ruined the overall experience.

    Fun time. All the food was excellent from the fried rice to the filet (which was very tender yet lean / excellent!!). We all enjoyed the experience.

    They messed up my order. The waitress was rushing and not listening. The chef came out and read off the orders I had to correct it. I ordered 2 rice bowls because I ordered Wagyu and Shrimp and 1 wouldn’t be enough. I corrected the chef, he went to grab extra rice because almost the entire hibachi wanted 2 but the waitress noted 1. He prepared the rice and STILL gave me 1 rice. I cancelled everything else outside of the rice he put on my plate. It was soggy and I didn’t even finish it. My dinner was completely ruined. The waitress was awful. Had it not been a birthday outing for my son I would’ve walked out. But I sat through it. I wasn’t going to let them prepare all of that food with one rice just to ask for a refund or discount. I didn’t want anything. My mood and evening was ruined. This experience sucked!

    The guy that cooked our food was great the prices were a bit pricey I ordered a trio with 2 cups of rice dinner meal and a received a little baby scoop of my favorite green tea ice-cream. Overall I love Benihana’s but for the prices. I probably will never go back
