Aimed at bringing street food to life, the Bird & The Bottle in Santa Rosa, CA is the end result of a pair of award-winning restaurateurs looking to blend a surprising array of flavors. Asian, American South, East Coast, Jewish and other cuisines have been combined to create an unforgettable menu. The menu at Bird & The Bottle features cocktails and an extensive wine list, and foods range from nibbles to larger plates. Everything has been chosen to pair well, and options include seafood favorites, poultry classics like matzo ball soup but also Korean BBQ chicken. There is a vegetarian menu with everything from fried cheese curds to smoked beets, but there are also pork and beef choices in abundance. A visit to Bird & The Bottle has to finish up with a dessert, and the "goo goo pie in another jar" is a must try.

Every dish we had was delicious. From the cheese, curds, to the spinach salad, to the fried chicken, to the barbecued ribs. Rare to have every dish a delight.. The only thing I would knock them down on is they didn’t provide us with any dessert for our birthday boy.

We had a wonderful evening at Bird & The Bottle! We sat inside as we thought it would be too cold on their attractive and well lit patio/deck. Looking forward to coming back in warmer months and sitting outside! But the inside was also very attractive and we had a nice table by the window. The martinis were great- and we paired them with the wonton chips and gourmet guacamole which included a miso mayo ingredient that was delightful! We went on and enjoyed a glass of wine with the Korean spiced chicken and the beautiful apple, bacon lardon enhanced roasted Brussels sprouts! The menu is interesting and fun and meant for sharing! The service was friendly and accommodating- and we felt very welcome there. Can’t say enough about this place!

I've been to Bird & The Bottle several times. This was my friends' and husband's first time I'm not sure what it was about this time the food was AMAZING!! This place gets better and better each time I go. We ordered the Miso Good Guacamole, Crispy chicken skin, Gulf Shrimp as appetizers... all so delicious. Main courses were the Flank Steak (AMAZING), Korean Chicken (it was good but my husband is Korean but the chicken lacked korean flavor), Beet Salad (delicious) and the ribs which lacked salt & pepper. Overall we loved everything!!

Started out with double service on water then went downhill after that. It took more than 10 minutes for waiter to come by and take drink order. I asked him about the two chardonnays and all he could come up with for the 1st one was it goes well with food; then asked about the 2nd and he said the same thing. We both ordered one & 5 minutes later he came by & said that there was only one glass ofthat wine left, but before I could say please change mine after my partner ordered the other chardonnay he left then came back with the first chardonnay & it wasn't even part of a glass of wine & left. Took 10 minutes to come with other glass and it was obvious there was a difference in amount but he had left already. Called someone else over to help & then he came back & I asked for a glass of the 2nd wine; 10 minutes later there it was along with the over cooked edamame that we couldn't finish. Left after we finished the wine & left the edamame & went to another restaurant have gone to regularly. Don't understand how this place gets the ratings it gets. Will never recommend this place.
