El acogedor y concurrido salón comedor y el agradable bar de la Blue Ribbon Brasserie han servido a habituales de la zona, profesionales de la cocina y a chefs famosos durante 22 años. Blue Ribbon Brasserie, donde se puede tomar tanto una hamburguesa con una cerveza, como costillas de cordero y una botella de vino de Borgoña, u ostras en su concha y champán, está abierta de 16:00 a 04:00 los siete días de la semana. Nuestra juvenil visión culinaria surgió aquí en 1992 y con los años se ha convertido en una institución de Nueva York. Estamos orgullosos de que nuestro buque insignia siga siendo un restaurante favorito en la zona, aunque ya se haya convertido en un destino gastronómico internacional, conocido sobre todo por nuestro ambiente para cenar hasta bien entrada la noche.

Overall pretty good, wth especial compliments for the rich onion soup, a duck confit special, and outstanding creme brûlée and chocolate chip bread pudding. Didn't much care for the hangar steak that, even medium rare, was a workout for the jaws. But I have to say that it was tasty, nonetheless. Excellent side dishes, especially the nicely garlicky sautéed spinach. Kudos for concerned flexibility to accommodate some dietary difficulties.

Great food and service. A welcoming experience from the greet upon arrival to the have a good evening as we left. This was my first visit and I had to order the fried chicken. It was amazing. It was cooked perfectly, crispy and not greasy. My son had the salmon and the entree was beautifully presented and he loved it. It was either the owner or manager who came to our table to ask us how our food was. Our server was knowledgeable of the entrees, friendly and table service was great! Blue Ribbon will be a place I will return to each time I visit!

Blue Ribbon never disappoints. After more than 30 years, this restaurant is one of the quintessential New York City restaurants. Not pretentious and totally fun, delicious and authentic experience.
