    Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience at Bonterra last night. I can more than understand a server having an off or bad day, but the way my party and I were treated was surprising and unacceptable. From the start of our service to the end we were made to feel like an inconvenience to the point where we all were uncomfortable every time he approached our table. A couple examples to highlight was a) When my sister asked for a pinot noir recommendation she was met with a scoff and admonishment that the wine she asked about "was nothing like a pinot," and b) When I asked for his opinion on preference between two different dishes, I was admonished and told that he "hates giving a recommendation," because my sister in law then changed her order after hearing his preference. I was debating about publishing this, but I woke up this morning still feeling unsettled by it all and while my family and I did our best to make the most of it and laugh about it, it definitely did nothing to elevate our experience and unfortunately none of us will take the chance by visiting again.

    Enjoyed a nice girls night out . Food was all pretty good minus one of the dishes but the customer service was phenomenal they really took care of us. Highly recommend!

    All foods were delicious especially the tiramisu was the best! All staffs included manager were really great. Friendly, good to take care of customers. Fabulous experience. I highly recommend.
