    First time dining at Carsons and it was amazing! Food was great, hot and the portion sizes were very good! Will most definitely be back.

    The salads are huge and can be a meal in itself. The food was well cooked. The french onion soup was good. The ribs, chicken, brisket and pork chop were tasty. The waitress was very attentive. She also informed us there was an 18% tip automatically added so we were aware of it. I did think it took a little long for the appetizer and bread to come but the main courses came a reasonable time after the appetizer and bread. This is the third time we have dined there and would go again.

    Food was amazing and service was pretty good. Only complaint was that we planned our reservation around attending a Marquette game. The tables ahead of us were lingering so we did not get seated until at least 30 minutes after our reservation was supposed to start which made us late for the game. Would recommend having a time limit when there are events going on so this doesn’t happen. The manager did buy us a drink, which was nice but would have rather made it to the game on Time

    Hi Tiffany. Thank you for your kind compliments about our amazing food and good service at Carson’s Prime Steaks and Famous Barbecue Milwaukee. Since your party seemed pleased with an olive branch round of complimentary drinks, we thought we gracefully made up for the computer time stamped 26 min delay in your 6:15 reservation seating due to people lingering on Marquette game night. We are saddened to learn however this apology wasn’t genuinely accepted. Per our website and opentable we do indeed have a time limit listed (“Reservations are held for 10 minutes. Dining times are limited to 2 hours”) yet enforcement is not as simple as it seems even with best efforts as you could see. Sorry again for the delay.

    The food is outstanding. My husband had the steak sandwich which was cooked perfectly and so was his double baked potato. My rib sandwich was amazing. Our waiter, Tony, was a great waiter and checked on us regularly to ensure all was good. Carsons is one of our favorite restaurants to dine at before going to Marquette basketball ball games.

Iceberg Wedge Blue Cheese Dressing, Peppercorn Steak Skewer Gluten Free Allergy, 3 Lakefront Riverwest Stein Beer, 2 GLASS PATZ & HALL CHARD, Miller High Life Beer, 1 Filet Mignon 10oz MRare, Charcrust, Roasted Greek Potato, slaw, BBQ Baby Backs 1/2 Slab, Rib bone by bone, Gluten Free Allergy, Au gratin potatoes, slaw, Chargrilled Mediterranean Wings, Extra Double Baked potato, 1 BBQ Pork Sand, Fries, slaw, BBQ Baby Backs 1/2 Slab S&P Crusted Baked Potato, slaw.
