   We went at an off time of the day (4:45pm) and there was no one else there so it was quite. Food and service is always great!

   Joey G, Food was delicious , but what set it apart for me was the exceptional service. Not slow, not to fast. Just the perfect amount of attention and timing of the meal. Great experience.

   It had been a few years since we had dinner at the Char Steakhouse. Overall was a great experience, food was excellent - well prepared and even though they could work a little more on the presentation, you kind of forget that when you taste it LOL.. really good! Staff was attentive and obsequious, they were busy, which was expected since it was Mother's Day. The set-menu was good and had good variety. The atmosphere was pleasant; however, they may need some upgrades on the overall look, looks a bit shabby - but if that's what they were going for, then they nailed it! .. Again, totally worth the visit, we'll definitely go back.

   Char's Mother's Day menu was amazing! We had a delicious appetizer, fantastic entree, and yummy dessert! The wait staff were very attentive and friendly!

   As always, the food is delicious. But what sets the place apart is Nikki. She is one of the biggest reasons we continue to go to Char. She’s professional, sweet, and truly the best at what she does. Don’t ever leave!!

   Was great however a communion party was going on so noise level was rather high. Wish we knew.

   What an amazing place. First time diners at the Char steak house. Will definitely be back. The food is amazing! Our server(Nikki) made our visit even more memorable. Highly recommend Char for any occasion.

    We went for restaurant week. Offerings were very good. Portion size was good. The calamari with asian glaze and wasabi sauce was good. Shrimp cocktail was good. Shrimp were tasty and liked the spicy sauce. We both had the surf & turf The steaks were good size portion but a little tough . the scampi was good though. I was a bit surprised we were charged extra $3 for either mushrooms or onions since the waitress asked us if we wanted it but did not mention it was extra Dessert choices were cheesecake and chocolate mousse. Both had mousse
