Join Landlord Stuart and Head Chef Helder for breakfast, lunch or supper at the Wattenden Arms. Built over 150 years ago we are a hidden gem close to the famous Kenley Aerodrome. Our “finest hour” was most definitely during the Battle of Britain in World War II, when we were commandeered by the RAF to serve as an auxiliary mess for Fighter Command at RAF Kenley. Today we serve a refreshing range of lager, ale & wines and a menu that reflects the great British pub, using fresh ingredients all cooked to order. Was our first time at the restaurant and we really enjoyed ourselves. We had starters and a main course and all was delicious with generous portions. The seating was very comfortable and a lovely relaxed atmosphere, the team working there were friendly and attentive so we were not left waiting for anything even though the Restaurant filled up during the evening. Had a great time and will be going back soon. Thankyou

We had a fabulous meal , with brilliant service from the lovely Lauren. Everything was really good ,the steak skewer cooked perfectly and was delicious.

Lovely venue on a sunny evening for drinks in Sutton. The team working there are very accommodating of our group of 14. Do playing very chilled music helped to create the perfect atmosphere. Can’t wait to see what the Sri Lankan food is like once that opens in the evenings.
