Spotlight at The Paramount is a restaurant, bar and art space that delivers diverse entertainment that resonates with people through all forms of art: on stage, on a plate, or on canvas. With a full bar including 12 taps, and now a full-scale menu created by executive chef Matthew Wagner, Spotlight provides a new innovative art center and art experience to nightlife in downtown Huntington. Located beneath the famous music venue, adjacent to the lobby, it is the perfect place to eat, drink and be inspired before and after a show. In addition to showcasing an evolving menu and hosting local and nationally-renowned musicians, the gallery focuses on Experiential Art and will display various exhibits for the public, stimulating innovation and creativity among visitors. By doing this, Spotlight offers a window into the talents and originality of professional and aspiring artists, and adds to the already robust culture of art in the Huntington Community.
