Located within the National Portrait Gallery, Portrait Cafe is the perfect location to rest and rejuvenate in between exploring some of Australia's most renowned artwork. It’s our sunny site for the south side and we couldn’t be prouder.Come for breakfast, brunch or lunch, or grab a takeaway coffee, chai or hot chocolate before setting off towards Lake Tuggeranong.Greenway is a nod to everything we hold dear, not least of all, the fact that it’s a collaboration with friends. Tim and Tristan, who used to manage Aranda but spent 2016-2019 setting up their own successful store Atlas on Hibberson in Gungahlin, helped us make this (rather large!) slice of paradise a reality.

    Love coming to Fox & Bow at both locations. The service is great and the people very friendly. The food is great. I love the zucchini fritters and the omlettes. Thoroughly recommend this cafe.

    Went for coffee and cake with friends. It very crowded and a little noisy inside, however I should have booked an outside table. The manager kindly moved us to an outside table once one was available, and it was very pleasant. The coffee was very good, as were the tarts and muffins we ordered. Staff were friendly and helpful, and we will definitely return.

    We sat outside looking towards the lake and the High Court building. Was a bit warm but sheltered from the sun. Food was served promptly and was very good.

    The Front Cafe has good food as well as excellent coffee and tea, but my favourite thing about it is that it has a relaxed vibe and is a really nice place to sit and chat with friends.
