We had wonderful service – the waitstaff was friendly, attentive, and consistently ready to help us. I love the take on food and really enjoyed the experience. Due to the size of the restaurant it did get very loud, but still fun and the energy made for a great dinner.

We had to wait a few minutes to even be acknowledged as we arrived. The ambiance was a bit cold and stale - not warm or inviting. Even after we were seated, there wasn't much explanation as to what was about to happen (regarding the set menu, options, pairings, what the restaurant was all about, etc). The food and drink options were delicious; though, the drink pairings were a tad consistently bland). Overall, we did enjoy the various menu items and how they were prepared. Incidentally, the service improved while we were dining. The check was probably the most expensive one I've ever paid, and I frankly don't think it was worth it. If you have never experienced a set-menu type of restaurant and your expectations are not high, then this might be the place for you to start. But, for me, I unfortunately can't recommend this place.

A combination of dishes that push your pallet in yet feel right at home. I highly recommend an earlier reservation times as you get to see the chefs in action and can pick your waiters’s brain without feeling needy. Also, splurge for the wine pairing, worth every penny.
