The krō bär is an eclectic bar with a speakeasy vibe and a passion for spirits and great food with a nod to another era. Tucked away on Main Street in Bothell, a walkable neighborhood teaming with local art, culture and food, the artfully handcrafted krō bär has been reclaimed from the bones of Bothell’s historic hardware store in the Mohn building. The 16-foot-high tin ceilings, a hanging catwalk and the original wood floors were uncovered and restored. The cocktails here are incredible. I went for the first time last weekend with my husband and again yesterday with a girlfriend. One caveat is that menu is very limited. So go for the cocktails and light appetizers, but plan to have your meal elsewhere (or at home afterward).

A nice spot for a casual dinner. Attentive and Friendly Staff. NOTE: Wicked cold every time the front door opens, even though we were several tables away and I'm generally not bothered. Unclear how they have operated this long without addressing this issue.

We had a lovely breakfast with great service. We'll definitely be back. The 20% auto gratuity was posted clearly, but then also brought up twice by the server. That was a little... awkward. Not sure why auto gratuity is necessary for a two top breakfast, but I wasn't going to get up and leave because of it. Just thought it came up too often.
