Following the success of his first restaurant in Vauxhall, chef and founder Ajay Chaurasia has opened a second site in Wimbledon, bringing his own personal take on Indian cuisine to South-west London. On offer is a range of lesser-known regional dishes along with plenty of tried-and-tested favourites so there’s something for everyone at this bright and cheerful restaurant. Chaurasia’s aim is to bring together flavours from all over the Indian continent, Sharing appetizers includes the likes of king prawns (Tiltala Jhinga) and sticky tamarind wings with avocado chat - a contemporary spin on the classic street food snack. Tandoor highlights include Murgh Hariyali Tikka, which is grilled chicken breast marinated with fresh green spices and yoghurt, as well as vegan options, too. (Bombay Delight does not use any ingredient that contains artificial coloring agent or flavor in our dishes. We use natural ingredients & products as far as possible to keep consumers healthier & happier.)

This is my third time dinning at the Ivy. We were blown away by the great service provided by kaytrana. She made my friends 25th birthday so special. Thanks so much. Great food, on average £62pp which included two small sharing plates each, a cocktail, and a main. Would go again.

I booked the Afternoon Tea in the pods as a surprise for my sisters for their Maid of Honour proposal and it was perfect! The service was brilliant and my requests were all fulfilled with such ease - it looked beautiful with the extra decor. Food was delicious and me and my sisters had a memorable, wholesome experience.. thank you!

Fantastic food, felt a little rushed as waiter kept trying to clear out plates too early when we weren’t finished. Had a loud table of drinks next to us which slightly ruined the ambience. Waiter also forgot a round of drinks… apart from these small niggles a great restaurant food was fabulous
