Tuck away in a corner on the quiet Hutchinson Street in Surry Hills, Le Salle Dining has softly opened. This intimate restaurant is reservation only, and serves contemporary cooking inspired by those cuisines of the old wine countries.-We offer a 4 courses menu du jour + assortment of cheeses at $108 or a 5 courses menu du jour @ $118 p.p that changes frequently) and 1 drink min. spend on Beverages p.p. However, there are several dishes for supplements to add on. If you or your guests might have certain dietary requirements, please kindly inform us at least 24hours prior to your bookings.-We Are fully licenced, no BYO-Cancellation Fee, in the event of no show or cancellations within 72 hours to dining a $108 per person cancellation fee will apply.

The Apprentice Restaurant Sydney is a TAFE NSW licensed training restaurant. We are open Tuesday to Thursday lunch and dinner during TAFE Term time until 28 November 2024.Lunch 12pm to 2pm: three courses (entrée, main & dessert) for $44 or you can select any two courses for $39. Dinner 6pm to 8:30pm: three course menu for $44. (Our prices are excluding beverages). Group beverage packages are available to pre-purchase fort he whole group.Our meals are usually served Table d’hôte (alternate drop) and portions are limited.Bookings are highly recommended to avoid disappointment. For group bookings of 11 people or more please contact us by phone 02 7920 0909 (9am to 4pm) or email si.theapprentice@tafensw.edu.au. Payment in advance is required for group bookings.We accept payment by EFTPOS, Visa or MasterCard. We do not accept cash or split bills.
