Our Head Chef is Binoy Michale who joined us in August 2021 after working in Harrogate for 20 years. Binoy has brought a wealth of expertise to the hotel and his brigade of chefs offer a high standard of dishes.

Dining at The Old Deanery is an immersive experience, and you move through the building as you dine. Arrive into the cosy welcome lounge for pre-dinner drinks; chat, get comfortable, and relax – there will be no classical piano and hushed tones in here!
