We are a family owned business located in the centre of York by the River Ouse. Our bar and bistro has gained a reputation for a wide range of beers and spirits coupled with an excellent selection of wines and champagnes. Close to The Grand Opera House and city centre, Plonkers is an ideal place to meet with friends or colleagues for a relaxed drink.Weekends at Plonkers can have a party atmosphere where you can relax after work with friends. Amazing Sunday lunch, we sat in the bar area as we had a dog with us. A little bit noisy due to families enjoying themselves, but not unbearable. Looking forward to a return visit.
