As always, the meal was excellent. It was an 'old' school friends reunion, the extensive menu catered for all of our tastes. The service again as always leaves other eateries in the shade, friendly, unobtrusive, but on hand if we needed anything. Thank you to Gareth, Kate, and the team we all enjoyed our lunch. This was my 2nd visit. Truly impressed with every aspect so we treated a friend for her birthday. We were a table of 4 and we all loved the food, drinks and personal service. We done to all at salut. We WILL be returning soon.

Very original food, we had the prune, the egg, the iberico salad, the crozetto, the flatbread and dessert. Everything was amazing! The prune is served with an incredible balsamic vinegar, and is introduced as you would for a wine. This was already an experience in itself. All the other dishes were so flavoursome and the flatbread is a must-have! The dessert was a rhubarb cake served with a shot of rum, and was the perfect ending to a feast! We will definitely be back
