Established in 2017 by Executive Chef, Thomas Cauquil and Brewery Director, Vincent De Soyres, Frenchies Bistro & Brewery specialises in creating food and drinks for friends, all in a relaxed, casual, and unique setting, where customers have the option to dine surrounded by brewing tanks.Leaning on fresh, local, seasonal produce, the duo create all of their products in-house, from smoked and cured meats and hand rolled pastas, to Frenchies' award-winning beers and spritzes.Thomas and Vince first met at Albert de Mun Hotel and Catering School in Paris in 2005. Lovely quiet place to have a nice meal with a conversation when you don’t have to strain to hear each-other. The food was excellent (we had zucchini flowers, lamb and duck and mixed greens for side), just the right portions too, nicely presented. The glass of rose was also delicious. All very reasonably priced, in fact considerably cheaper than elsewhere we have been for a pre-shaw dinner. The service was unpretentious yet attentive and prompt. Thank you!

Beautiful food and service. We tried the vegan degustation menu (we’re not vegan) and it was delicious. Highly recommend.

I found the food to be decent, but unfortunately, the price doesn’t quite match the quality or quantity on the plate. The environment was fine, though nothing particularly special. On a positive note, the service was lovely. The staff took a thoughtful approach, checking in with us regularly and gradually introducing additional options. Their attentiveness and care were appreciated.
