Fusion is the result of joining two or more diverse cuisines to form a single entity. NK Restaurant is Gourmet Caribbean Fusion with a menu of the finest dishes the Islands have to offer. The "Gourmet” reflects the unique uplifting of the traditional foods, formerly served family style, now served to elevate the growth of Caribbean culture. The flavors of the Islands combined with all culinary influences to create twists on classic dishes.
