With a European feel, many of our guests proclaim that they have been whisked away to Italy or France. We love that! Many accolades from the SF Chronicle, and the Mercury News as well as Eater SF hail Chef Yvonne and her team at Polenteria for being on the cutting edge of the Gluten Free Movement, and more importantly providing a safe space for those with Celiac to dine without hesitation. We have been to many steak houses and I will say this was one of the best steaks we have had. This was our annual family Christmas Eve dinner and we were pleasantly surprised at the food. Since this is more Italian, wasn't sure what the steaks would be like. Has the calamari, artichoke, lobster ravioli and clam chowder as an appetizer and all were awesome. Staff was attentive and very good. Highly recommend for dinner. Thank you all and Merry Christmas

Great food. Nice ambience. When it first opened for lunch, it was a bit chilly with its tall ceilings. By the time we left it was warmer. Great pastas!

Fantastic service! The staff were highly attentive and accommodating. The food was tasty and a good portion for the price. Even with it being Thanksgiving the food came out quickly.
