Having eaten sushi all over the world I can confirm this is one of the best I have ever had. The owner and head chef has named the restaurant perfectly as he really is an artist. Some of the dishes we tried were completely unique but keeping with the best practices of sushi making and using local ingredients to the area of Poole.
