鶏の水炊きがおいしかった。前菜の飾りつけの大葉もきれい。銀座としては適正価格と思う。最高点をつけていないのは、特に減点があるわけでなく、まだこの店の最高の料理を試していないので、今後の楽しみに。

駅から近く、生簀で泳いでいる魚がすぐに調理されて出てくるので、新鮮でおいしい。最初は、お客さんを案内したが、最近ではお客さんから指定が来て、予約しています。早めに予約をしないと、部屋が取れないことがある。
