Chef AZEUCHI trained in the art of Kaiseki Course cuisine in Japan for 16 years. Upon graduatingculinary school, he began studying Kaiseki Course at a hotel. When he turned 27, he became sous-chef at Hotel Nogamiya.While there, he participated in a Tokushima Culinary Contest, where he won first prize. We started our business in 2023 with one goal in mind: providing an enjoyable dining experience to the Las Vegas area. Thanks to our experience and dedication, we've managed to become masters of the craft. Providing re-imagined Japanese Omakase in a five courses format.
