Aline was created from a desire to share my family’s food traditions. My love for Lebanese food comes from my mother, Aline. A Passionate home cook, famous for gathering her friends and family around her long table placed in the heart of a bucolic garden we call “Le Jardin d’Aline”. Meals have always been a way for her to teach my sisters and I about our Lebanese heritage. In summer we often enjoyed “Siyadiyeh”, a freshly caught sea bass served with a fisherman’s risotto native to Tyre, my mother’s hometown and in winter we would all gather in the kitchen eagerly waiting for the slow cooked lamb for her famous “Fatteh”. Our dishes are a modern take on everyday Lebanese comfort food served in a cozy thirty seat restaurant in Mayfair . Super service (all were very attentive), lovely restaurant, food was very good quality and prepared to perfection. Solo diner. I had houmous with pitta, lamb chops with chips, one beer and one medium redwine. £50 with service included. They threw in some little complementary cakes with fruit too. Only thing I would say is that the pop music playlist was not appropriate for the setting, maybe some Lebanese music or at least something relaxed (my own preference)

Amazing experience! The food was even more amazing! Really big portion sizes & really good quality food! The service was spectacular! Everyone was super friendly & they even bought us some Lebanese desserts to try at the end which was a really nice touch. I will 100% be visiting again. It’s hard to find somewhere with great service & good food these days

CROCKER’S FOLLY ( MAROUSH) ambience was excellent. The architecture is worthy of mention. Service was excellent. Food: The selection of Mezze was very good. The main course — shish touk was good. The mixed grill is not recommended, it was dry and overcooked. RD ( Please do not give the full name of the Diner)
