Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine es un establecimiento de propiedad familiar establecido en 2005 que ofrece una variedad de comida turca auténtica de muchas de las regiones de Turquía. Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine adoptó su nombre de una de las ciudades más antiguas del mundo, Estambul, a la que se le conoció alguna vez como Constantinopla a principios del siglo XIII.
