El restaurante Gracias Madre está inspirado en algunas de las recetas de estas familias y en el amor de sus madres, y sirve comida orgánica, de granja, con ingredientes obtenidos de productores locales, llenos de sabor y amor, con un menú encabezado por la chef ejecutiva Chandra Gilbert y una propuesta de cocteles elaborados en base a agave, preparados por el director de bebidas Jason Eisner.
