Wanting a feel for Australian cuisine, we selected the sampler on the menu. Six courses representing plenty of food and a wide variety of items came our way. All tasted fantastic. The grilled wallaby, lamb, and smoked trout were especially satisfying. The price was a little steep but we had a great dining experience.

The chefs are really clever in what they prepare for each dish, delicious food, amazingly presented (wish they would share their recipes as a memento of the dining experience). Prepare yourself for a massive feast of 13 dishes. Staff are friendly, ensuring a warm welcome and a comfortable dining experience. The restaurant has elegant décor and views of Melbourne, making it ideal for special occasions. The restaurant is in high demand, so prepare to book few months in advance. Truly a memorable experience.

Hadn't dined at Switch in a few years. Dined there on my birthday with my mama and my sister. We really enjoyed the food and beverages. I ordered a vegetarian burger and chippies, which were delicious. I'll be returning to Switch in a week's time for one of my other birthday dinners with a group of friends.

Everything was done as asked, the food came out when we expected it to and was the items we ordered, very tasty and cooked correctly. Our service could not be faulted. We be going back again, cheers.

A hidden gem at the airport. Quiet, classy, affordable and away from the hustle and bustle in the terminals. Great way to spend an hour or two if 'waiting to fly' or meeting perhaps a delayed traveller.
