Inspirado por los mejores restaurantes de Perú y diseñado por el estudio de diseño Celano, el ambiente del Pisco y Nazca es informal, moderno y divertido con un toque de sutil de sofisticación. En el timón está el chef Miguel Antonio Gómez Fernández, cuya experiencia y pasión por la cocina peruana, junto con una amplia amalgama de ingredientes y recetas de diversas influencias, le llevan a crear una excepcional variedad de platillos en el Pisco y Nazca.
