Fatto a Mano Pizza & Beer serves authentic Neapolitan pizza & independent craft beers alongside sides and desserts. Our dough is made fresh daily and proved slowly, meaning we're able to use minimal quantities of yeast and our pizzas are light. Our commitment is to quality, and we use carefully selected Italian and local British ingredients from a handful of small, independent suppliers to top our pizzas.Six beers on tap and more in the fridge, including our own Fatto Bionda Helles Lager and Joosy Hazy Pale from Brighton’s UnBarred, and The Kernel’s Table Beer. Tomo is always very nice. Nice people, good food. This time I just put no maximo stars because calamari was very salty and the restaurant inside was cold.. winter times I dont know if they have hitter but is a bit unconfortable to eat with cold.

We booked a table for 12 teenagers to celebrate my son’s 16th birthday. Everything went so well. The pizzas were delicious and such good value compared to other pizza places. Service was personal and exceptional. I didn’t take her name but she really helped to make it a special occasion. I hope she enjoyed the slice of matcha birthday cake! The restaurant was clean, bright and had a lovely ambience. Perfect way to celebrate my son’s 16th birthday after a fun activity. Thank you kindly.
