The Fox & Pheasant is a little “country” pub tucked away in a small corner of Chelsea. The pub was founded in 1846 and it began its life as the Bedford Arms. Ten years later it changed to the Prince of Wales and in 1965 became The Fox & Pheasant and we have no intention of changing its name again!Not only are we a snug pub in the winter with 3 fire places, a dartboard and dog biscuits for the well behaved companions (dogs)! We pre booked. Great venue with clean spacious attractive ambiance. Friendly and made us very welcome. Wheelchair friendly and inclusive environment. Nothing too much trouble attitude very helpful covering service and busy bar. Amazing how they did it, there was a wait. So go to relax and enjoy your meal out don’t go when you have a tight schedule. If they want to make improvements this is an area to look at at an extra member of staff, it’s a very large venue and when full as it did get over the lunch time it must have been very stressful for those two staff members. Our Buddha bowl meals were delicious too. Starters not as good as the deserts they were fabulous. We had a great time and I would definitely go back again.

Always a cracking evening at the dog house. Been living in London for 28 years and would hands down say this is the best place to watch sport, have a good meal, and be well cared for by staff!
