The Braybrook Hotel is situated on Ballarat Rd in Braybrook and has recently undergone an extensive renovation, engaging all sections of the hotel creating a fresh and modern look, while also retaining a link to its rich history from the mid 1800’s. Only 20 minutes from the Melbourne CBD the Braybrook Hotel has plenty of off street parking and offers a range of award winning facilities. The first Braybrook Hotel is thought to have been erected around 1854, possibly in response to the demand from travellers to the gold fields. However, the earliest rate record found for this building was in 1863-4 when Charles Niven Young was the licensee and John Lang was the owner. Apart from the food and service being exceptional, the Goodland Jungle Juice DIPA was literally next level for this style. I had lamb shoulder and my 2 friends had steak. The sides, of note the roasted Broccoli were delish. The 12 year old Bunnahabhain Scottish single malt distilled on the rugged cost of Islay made for the perfect finish.

Excellent food - service by the girls was second to none - all where more than happy to help out - quick to bring out the food and clear plates without being intrusive Steak was excellent and pork belly and bruschetta starters where great My wife had the barramundi which was also very good and my daughter had the eggplant parmigiana which she said was very good It was a little noisy but the place was pretty busy so you have to expect that Good range of drinks and once again I have to commend them on their excellent service

Great spot to catch up and have a beer and a casual meal with family or friends. Excellent service all round. New manager was super friendly.
