The thing I didn't like was I made a reservation for 11/02. I called the to add one more person on the reservation to be told its ok I don't have to pay to add another person. They no longer take reservations. I said ok cool. But two of my guest didn't show and the still took the money from my deposit. I asked why if you no longer take reservations. They said they still had to take it. It was BS. Plus some of our food was cold but other than that it was ok.

I actually was expecting better ambience . Not that it was bad but just more upscale seating. The area I sat in was more like cafeteria style seating. I was expecting .booths with cloth or leather seats. There was an upper bi- level seating area but it was full so didn't see it. And there was another seating area second floor that was closed. The area was clean , bright and lively . I recommend it.

This restaurant provided a great atmosphere everyone was friendly the owner came out and personally spoke to guests and the ballroom lessons were so much fun! Great spot for a Friday night

I found Bert's to have like a family like atmosphere. I enjoyed the music ....I enjoyed my vegetarian burger..... I liked the friendly workers I enjoy the performance all the time I felt safe...thank you
