Canary Wharf workers have a new waterfront wine bar as Humble Grape opened on Mackenzie Walk, along the water’s edge.On the wine list you’ll find 30 wines by the glass (they’ll rotate these regularly) as well as more than 400 wines by the bottle all with the focus on wines from small family wineries that champion sustainable, organic, or biodynamic practices. Drink these beauties in or take-them home!Of course where there’s wine, there’s food. Open all day, kicking off with breakfast at 7.30am and running through to the evening. Salt yard is an absolute banker for all food tastes. After recently sharing the delicious and incredibly generous taster menu at the Fitzrovia restaurant, I invited my vegetarian friend to the Borough one. She and I shared equally tasty vegetarian plates. Away from the madding crowd it is a place of total solace, from the food to all parts of the dining experience.

Team pre-Christmas drinks went well - the wines, nibbles were very good. The service was very attentive and accommodating, pleasant atmosphere overall.

Fantastic quality food... we had the Indian tapas for starters and then pizza and pasta for main course. I can't wait to go back and try more of the Indian tapas. Really friendly staff and clearly skilled kitchen staff. If they could lower the lighting slightly it would be 5 stars on ambiance from us!
