Service was quick, and the food arrived hot—just the right temperature to enjoy without worrying about burning your tongue! The Short Rib Massaman (P) (GF) was fall-off-the-bone tender, rich, and deeply satisfying. The Salmon Clay Pot (GF) was perfectly cooked, paired with salmon roe and rice—an absolute delight.
