Avelo Restaurant is located in a heritage townhouse on a quiet street in Yorkville and serves some of the city's finest plant-based cuisine. Great atmosphere andI loved the happy hour deals. Also, one of the few places I have been where the music is cranked to the max, so we could still talk. For that alone, I will return. All the staff were great and I enjoyed the salad and pizza.

Service and food were great. The restaurant feels very family friendly, not stuffy or corporate. We really liked this new location. The food is always amazing. We love having several vegan options.

It was my first time trying plant based restaurant and I really enjoyed each dish. We tried burrata, pappadelle and white truffle agnolotti and finished off with sweet potato cheesecake. They were delicious and all staffs were very kind and attentive. Definitely going back!

Serving sizes were great and the food was delicious. My extremely picky mom raved about the salmon she ordered. It was cooked to perfection and served piping hot. She hates it when salmon is undercooked or lukewarm. The pizzas were very tasty and we highly recommend the sweet everything. Overall a wonderful experience and a perfect location for a family dinner. Special mention to our server on Boxing Day, he was very attentive and his menu suggestions were spot on. Thank you for the great food and the wonderful night.
