The server was pleasant but the support service was poor. The bread bought out was odd and flavorless. We had the thick cut bacon as an appetizer it was too chewy and very sweet. We had the fillet mignon which we ordered medium and came out rare. And not worth money. The side of whipped potatoes were very bland. Cream of spinach was ok. Not just our table but all around us sides were missing or utensils were missing which made service slow. Dessert I had the chocolate cake which was good. My husband's creme brulee was the best part of his meal. Coffee for an upscale restaurant like this was poor quality and stale. Very disappointed with prime. I will not go back.

The service was exceptional as well as the food.. The only complaint was that the restaurant is very dark .. It was very hard to read the menu without using the light from our phons..

The apps and dinner choices were amazing! We got the angry surf and turf and Filet mignon. They were cooked to perfection and delicious. Will definitely be back!

They have tried to "double drop" us or neighboring tables both of the last two times we have been there. Good food, but watch your bill carefully.

Always great food and prompt service. The meats are top notch. And the free cotton candy dessert was a great touch

This is by far the best food and dinner experience to be had at Foxwoods. The food is always amazing as is the service.

Had a great time with a family of 5. Ordered a bunch of stuff and shared everything family style. James our waiter was great, very accommodating and knowledgeable. Food was delicious, just the Caesar salad was too heavily dressed, and the calamari was just lots of little bits of crunchy stuff, not a lot of whole pieces of squid. Loved the cotton candy at the end!

Excellent food as always! Our server was sub par. Salads came out before appetizers & drinks didn't come till after that. But again the food was excellent!

I’ve been to Prime several times and the food usually is great with the wild card being the service. My girlfriend and I went for a nice meal before going to a show and we were not impressed. It took us 30 minutes to get our first and only drink, a glass of wine, which came with our salads. The waiter comped the wines. The bacon appetizer was extremely hard and we struggled to chew it, not finishing it. The waiter was saying he was sorry that he was behind, but everything was rushed and we had to get his attention to put our dinner order in. Usually a steak house like that has 2 wait staff, especially on a Friday night, but there was only one and he was behind with every table he waited on. The steaks came out and my girlfriends was over cooked. Then we had to ask for the bill because we were going to be late for our show. Just not the experience you expect when spending $300 on dinner for 2. It seems as though because it is in a casino the expectations are lowered when they should be the same.

The food was delicious, but the prices are high. The service was great and our waitress Hella was fantastic. We definately enjoyed ourselves.
