Located in Paia, Maui, we invite you to dine in our intimate, all Chef's Table dining room. Our everchanging Market Driven Menus always include a glass of sparkling wine, are Prix-Fixe, between 6-8 courses and range from $230-$300 per person plus tax, gratuity and any additional alcohol.

RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: If you are late, please call to let us know. We will make every attempt to catch you up, but we absolutely cannot make any guarantees on coursing and pacing. Reservations are STRICTLY held by Credit Card. Cancellations within 48 hours of the reservation will be charged $200 per guest, WITH ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. Please allow at least 2.5 hours for dinner. Allergies or dietary restrictions must be made known to the restaurant when reservation is made. If dietary restrictions are presented without notice, we will make every reasonable attempt to accommodate them but can make no guarantees.

""We are specialized in Omakase, and we have Lunch and Dinner Omakase Course."" Dinner Omakase will be $ 245 and 19 dishes, and Lunch Omakase will be $175 and 16 dishes.

We have 3 Omakase seatings daily... 2:00 pm, 5:00 pm or 7:30 pm. Any allergies will need to be noted prior to the reservation date, so a special menu can be prepared. (We cannot accommodate the guest with all shellfish allergy, vegetarian, Kosher, gluten intolerance, or if you do not like uni)

Diners must cancel their reservation 48 hours in advance or will be subject to $75 fee, or $100 if the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours. If you do not show up, the fee will be full price of the course.

Please call us to make a reservation for a party of 5 or more.
A 18% gratuity may added for parties of 5 or more .

Los chefs Mark y Judy Ellman inauguraron una choza que ofrece mariscos, justo a un costado del Mala Ocean Tavern. Honu Seafood and Pizza también se ubica sobre la costa rocosa del océano Pacífico, cuenta con 50 cervezas, una carta de vinos orgánica y ecléctica, y una selección extensa de rones y whiskeys. Mark y Judy han creado un entorno que satisface a aquellos en busca de ostiones servidos en media concha, almejas y mejillones al vapor, ensalada Crab Louie (ensalada cuyo ingrediente principal es carne de cangrejo), una selección de mariscos hawaianos, así como pescado de las costas este y oeste de Estados Unidos.Honu también posee un horno de ladrillo de 485ºC para preparar pizzas artesanales. Honu invita a los comensales a visitarlo, beber cerveza artesanal de edición limitada, probar ostiones recién abiertos en su media concha, y dejar que sus ojos y alma se relajen mientras admiran el océano Pacífico. Tanto Honu como Mala, son administrados por Mark y Judy Ellman, con la ayuda de sus 2 hijas Ariana y Michelle. El restaurante le recuerda que siempre practica el Aloha (palabra hawaiana para bendecir a los visitantes). Honu lo invita a visitarlo y a practicarlo con ellos. Aloha.

Mixture of Edomae style nigiris and model innovative nigiris will be served in 1 hour 45 minutes long Omakase meal. Seasonal fish from around the world are used in the 15 courses omakase meal.
Omakase by Aung provides single 15 courses menu to all customers for both Lunch and Dinner Service.
Chef Aung will provide laid back and fun experience for all sushi lovers. Open kitchen with a long 12 seats sushi counter in the middle of the restaurant allows interactive experience between the customers and the chefs.
