SHINBAY is Arizona's first and only Omakase restaurant. This exotic, multi-course dining experience ignites all the senses and inspires guests to explore uncharted flavors. Dinner is $250 per person, not including beverages and tax. Please allow approximately two hours for the dining experience. Dress code is casual and comfortable. We offer two seatings each evening, at 5:45 pm and 8:00 pm. Due to limited seating capacity, we require a credit card number to guarantee reservations. We have a 2 acre organic garden onsite that we utilize as much as possible for our dishes. Our menu changes regularly based on local and seasonal availability. We offer tasting menus with the option of doing 3, 4 or 5 courses. The restaurant itself is housed in the original farmhouse of the property giving the restaurant plenty of rustic charm. Patio dining is also highly sought after when the weather is nice.
